Elite Estimating Solutions provides construction cost estimating and quantity takeoff services for contractors, builders, and other construction industry professionals across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the UAE/Gulf region, based on plans, drawings, and project information submitted by the client.

2. Estimates Are Not Guarantees

All estimates, takeoffs, and pricing we provide are professional approximations based on the information, plans, and drawings supplied to us at the time of the request. Actual project costs may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to material price fluctuations, labor availability, site conditions, scope changes, permitting, and local supplier pricing. Our estimates are intended to assist with the bidding process and do not constitute a guarantee of final project cost. Clients remain responsible for reviewing every estimate before submitting a bid.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current plans, drawings, and project details. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in an estimate that result from incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided to us.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times (such as the 24–48 hour estimate window referenced on the Site) are typical timeframes, not guaranteed deadlines. Turnaround may vary based on project size, complexity, trade divisions involved, and current volume.

5. Fees and Payment

Pricing for our Services is quoted per project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the project. We accept payment via Stripe, Payoneer, and PayPal. Any promotional pricing (such as a first-project discount) applies only under the terms stated at the time it is offered and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion for future inquiries.

6. Revisions and Refunds

If you have questions about or would like to request changes to an estimate, reply to the email on which you received it, or contact us at info@eliteestimatingsolutions.com. We will revise your estimate until you are satisfied with the result.

If an estimate does not meet your expectations, Elite Estimating Solutions offers a 100% money-back guarantee for valid claims. To request a refund, contact us at info@eliteestimatingsolutions.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to confirm they qualify under this guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Elite Estimating Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Plans and drawings you submit to us remain your property; we use them solely to prepare your estimate.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client plans, drawings, and project details as confidential and use them only for the purpose of preparing your estimate, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as ConstructConnect and PlanHub. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Estimating Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost bids — arising from the use of an estimate we provide. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific estimate or project giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
